How long is the rental period?

The prices quoted are for one day use. The items will be delivered to you on the day prior to your event and collected on the day after the event between 9 am and 1 pm (unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon at the time of booking and noted on the order).

Do you wash the dishes?

Due to the delicate nature of our china, we will be responsible for any washing up after the items have been collected. All we ask is that you gently scrape the plates to remove food debris and  place the items back into the delivery containers. A checklist will be placed in each delivery box with instructions for return.

Can I pick up and return the rental items?

Currently, due to the delicate nature of our collections, we do not offer pick-up at this time. Delivery and pick-up will be done by the Gooseberry Tabletop team.

Can I make changes to my order?

We pretty much allowed changes to items, as long as the items are not reserved by another client. Clients are allowed to make changes to their order up until two weeks prior to the event date.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To secure your rental, a non- refundable of 50% deposit is required upon booking and along with a signed rental agreement. The remaining half is due 14 days before the event. If your event date is in fewer than 30 days, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of $150, excluding delivery cost.

Do you offer Styling and Set up?

We are happy to set tables at your venue. A set up fee will apply. Fee for the service will be quoted based on the number of items rental.

What if an item is lost or damaged?

We understand that accidents happen. However, if several items are broken or an item becomes unusable or lost, we require a reimbursement of the item based on its replacement value.

How far will you travel and what do you charge for delivery?

We typically cover all of New England. Delivery cost is based on distance traveled. Our delivery/pickup charge starts at $0.69 per mile. We calculated this rate based on size of order, delivery help required, mileage, tolls, equipment and basic setup.
